Terms of use
This agreement governs your purchase of products from South Shore USA inc. (“South Shore”) by means of the web site www.southshorefurniture.com (the “site”). Please read it carefully. When you place your order to purchase products from South Shore (“products”), you accept these conditions, which conditions will constitute a valid and binding agreement (the “agreement”). If you do not accept the conditions, do not submit your order.
Please read our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visits to the Site.
Electronic Communications
When you shop on the Site or when you send us e-mails, you are communicating with us. Accordingly, you hereby agree that information and documents will be exchanged between you and South Shore electronically, over the Internet or by e-mail. We will communicate with you by e‑mail or by posting notices on the Site. You acknowledge that this Agreement and any other agreements, notices and other communications in electronic form are the equivalent of an original contract written on paper.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any right of ownership by consulting the Site or purchasing Products. Images of people, places and/or products posted on this Site are either the property of South Shore, or are used by us with express permission.
Authorization and Access to Site
South Shore grants you a limited authorization to access and make personal use of the Site, and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion thereof, except with express written permission from South Shore. Content You May Submit to South Shore

South Shore does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities and, specifically disclaims any liability with regard to same and any actions resulting from your participation. To the extent that there are moderators, forum managers or hosts, none are authorized Company spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of South Shore. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.
